1974 Seafarer 31 ft Sloop

I am considering purchasing a 1974 Seafarer
31 ft sloop. The hull shape looks like the
Seafarer Yawls I''ve seen, but not like
any of the sloops. 31 feet LOA, 26 feet
waterline length. Does anybody know anything about this boat ??
