inexpensive boat covers ???

Hello,

I have a johnson mini scow and I''m going to be hopefully mooring this boat at one of the city lakes. I only spent 500 for the boat and I need a inexpensive cover to keep water out of the boat. Any suggestions?

inexpensive boat covers ???

Home Depot sells inexpensive waterproof canvas tarps quite cheaply compared to marine versions. I have not looked at the grommets to see if they are steel so youmay want to check the gormmets before you buy one. Canvas lasts longer than blue poly, will not tear in a strong wind, and breathes so that you do not get mildew on the boat.
