I don''t think you''ll find any superM''s in that price range in any sort of decent condition. I think you need to spell out more of your needs as there are tons of boats that are ocean going that are in that price range or less:
Center or aft Cockpit...mono/multihull..overall size/number aboard...draft/mast height restrictions...intended cruising grounds?

An Island Packet 40. They made them until 1999/2000. The newer ones are going for around 230k. You''ll have money left for upgrades and diesel fuel.

We have a fabulous aluminum bluewater sloop if you are still looking. It is a famous boat built by the premier aluminum yard in Europe. It was completely rebuilt in 1993 and has just finished a mini-refit. It is professionally maintained and lying in Turkey. The yacht name is SPIRIT OF DELFT and the builder is ROYAL HUISMAN BV (Holland). More information and photos can be found at www.geocities.com/weigmanw/spiritofdelft.
html or www.geocities.com/weigmanw/
photospiritofdelft.html or www.boatshop24.com or www.boatmatch.com or contact us directly. The listed price can be adjusted for a direct sale. She is loaded, ocean ready and a real gem to sail.

I guess it depends on what you mean by Ocean Going and which ocean you want to go in.

While not the first boat that people think of for offshore use one of favorites in that size and price range is the J-44. Out of the box they were not all that well equipped for offshore sailing but quite a few have been adapted and have made very good offshore cruisers. These boats offer a great offshore interior layout, first class hardware, high angle of vanishing stability, comfortable motion, and very good performance. They can be set up to be excellent shorthanded cruisers complete with all of the bells and whistles.

I would suggest a Stevens 47, designed by S&S and manufactured by Queen Long Marine.
