private boat sales

Where do I find a good basic contract form for a private party boat sale in Washington State?

private boat sales

I have a contract for the sale of a boat that I have used to sell boat in a private sale. I am not a lawyer and so have no idea whether Washington State requires anything unique in there sales contract. If you are interested pleae email me, I will send you a copy of what I have.

Jeff

Jeff...I''m simply amazed at your grasp of the characteristics of a wide variety of boats. Perhaps a boat would come to your mind that has the characteristics of a Laser 28 or J30, maybe with a drop keel/daggerboard, and capable of sitting on a tidal grid for bottom maintenance. (Our moorage has a minimum depth of five feet.) My wife and I are now 78 years old and still enjoy club racing, but 400 square feet of genny are more than the two of us want to deal with any more. On the cruising side, two to three weeks in Puget Sound including the Straits of Juan de Fuca are about all we aspire to. Do you have a suggestion?
