Key West Yacht package

Hello All,

I have a 2005 Jeanneau 40.3 in Key West and a 50' deeded slip at
Oceanside Marina (Key West) that are for sale as a package.

If you are interested in owning a sailboat that generates revenue (it's in a charter pgoram and is available for personal use around 26 weeks per year or more if you like) and real estate that is rapidly appreciating then you might want to check this out.

Visit http://www.kwyc.us/kwyc.htm for more info.

Happy Sailing!

Eric

PS I just finished a month month passage to the Bahamas and back. Some of the blog is available at www.kwyc.us

Reason for sale? Bigger boat!

Please don't spam the forums. At least this one is sort of in the right forum.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.
