I am a Capt. ASA instructor wanting to start Blue water and coastal instructions.

So what you are really looking for someone to do a leaseback/purchase for a 50 foot boat to be used in a cruising school situation. That is a whole lot different than simply being a partner in a 50 foot cruising boat.
