Pearson 36?

We're thinking about buying a 1973 Pearson 36. A thorough internet search has turned up very little information about the early 36s, including anything available on any of the Pearson owner websites. Any info from an owner of one of these boats, or someone who has sailed aboard one extensively would be greatly appreciated.
