Smile It's a 1969 Irwin 32, any info

Well, turns out it IS a 1969 Irwin 32, our club had it listed wrong. Anyway this is a great looking boat, love the classic lines!!! She is in very good condition both inside and out, has been taken very good care of. The owner wants to sell now, I can get her for $12,000.00 cash. I think it would be a pretty good deal at that? Any info on how the boat sails or any helpful tips would be great. Thanks Capt. Terry
