Seaward 26 vs Com-Pac 25

I am looking for a large pocket cruiser / small cruiser. I want a boat built within the last 5 or so years. It will be used mainly for sailing coastal south florida and the keys, but may make the occasional trip to bimini under the right weather conditions. I really like the more classic, salty looking boats - not kile the new hunters and catalinas. Any input would be helpful, as well as alternative manufacturers. There seems to be a real lack of high quality mid 20's boats these days w/o going and spending the $95k on the Dana.
