True Trailerable 25 +/-

I have sailed colgate 26''s and MacGregor 26s but am looking for a reasonable attempt at a cruising sailboat that is truly trailerable. I am looking into the Seaward but they seem awfully pricey. Any Suggestions????
Thanks.
DB

You might want to take a look at the comments under "boatcheck" for the Classic 26.

Why do you want a boat that is truely trailerable? For occasional trailering. For trailering all the time? I have a Colgate 26, and I like that it is trailerable:
1) In the winter, this makes storage easier and cheaper.
2) In the sailing season here in Milwaukee, the boat is in the water, but if I should ever want to cruise in a certain area, I could trailer the boat there.
I certainly would not have the Colgate if it was on the trailer all the time and whenever I wanted to use the boat I would tow it to where I wanted to sail and have to set it up.
I think this would be true for all 25''+/- boats. If you are trailering all the time, I would recommend something in the 20-22'' range. Much easier to set up--but still somewhat of a pain. Rob
