Cabo Rico

Hi, I am interested in buying a Cabo Rico 38 (1981) and I was wondering if anyone could provide a web site or link to find information about the pros and cons of owning said yacht.Things such as what to look out for in a survey, the problems these boats have that sort of thing. Any help is appreciated. thanx Piddy.
