Liveaboard for 4

Can anyone suggest a boat suitable as a liveaboard for two adults and two children (2 & 4) for up to $100k with 3 cabins?

The boat does not need to be bluewater capable, though it would be a bonus.

Thanks!

Sailormann will become famous soon enough
If you are more interested in comfort than in performance, you might find that one of the Beneteaus coming out of the charter business suits your needs well. They frequently have multiple cabins.

You could also look at a small catamaran, like a Maine Cat 30, Tom Cat 30, or Gemini 105 Mc. Most are three cabins setups and have enough space for even very active children. If you have questions, PM me.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

There are a number of Catalina 310s for sale on yachtworld up to the 2005 model that can be had for $100K or less. Ditto for the 320 up to the 2004 model. Both nice cruising boats for a family of four (but not for blue water). Web site is http://www.yachtworld.com.
