Buying a boat question? Is that redundant?

To whom it may concern:
A few years back there was a article on buying questions and tips. By a Capt. (I think). I couldn't find it and it was handy when I bought the last nightmare, (going to do it again ) If anyone knows or cares to let me know where I could access it I would be very estatic.
