Thanks Cam,

I was surprised by the prop walk issue, but I did a little research and have heard the same thing from other owners. My surveyor called Catalina and spoke with one of the engineers from the yard while we were checking it out and indeed, they claim it was a known issue that was corrected in later versions. The questions is whether I can live with it, or even want to.

Also, the boot stripe is higher on one side than the other. That is just irritating enough to me to be a deal killer right there .

Bummer... sounds like a lot of stuff to deal with and decide. Seems like with all the boats on the market you should not have to deal with this. But...price can overcome a lot of issues as long as you know what you are getting into up front. Keep us posted!
