Need help: how to determine price & sell ''77 Albin Ballad

Folks,
I''m the owner of a 1977 Albin Ballad - it''s been in my family it''s whole life - but unfortunately it''s now a "project boat" (needs TLC, new sails, etc.) and it doesn''t make sense for us to keep it. It''s in the water in Austin, TX and I need to find it a new home.

How would you suggest
a) determining a reasonable value (whether to sell or donate to non-profit)
b) sell the boat?

Though I love it, in my experience it''s an obscure boat and may not be in as much demand.

Any suggestions welcome.
