Sunsail Charter Boat Purchase

Here we go again. I am looking to purchase a 2001 Sunsail Chartered Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 45.2 in the Med. It would continue to be in charter until November, 2004. (The boat was purchased as a Stardust vessel.) How do I safeguard the condition of the vessel for the next 2 1/2 years? Have any readers specifically done this with Sunsail and how did it turn out? (I have read all the articles written on the subject).
