How sell boat in New Calidonia or Australia?

Hello!!

we have now been sailing from Panama and at the moment we are now in Tahiti. we are planning to sell the boat when we are in New calidonia or Australia (Brisbane/Sydney).

The boat is an Endavourcat 30 (sail catamaran) from 1992.
is there any good site to advertise in Australia and New calidonia? would like to first try to sell it ourself without a broker.

There are two main web sites for boats in OZ and they are

Boats for Sale - Yachts for Sale - Used & New Boats @ The Yacht Hub

and

Used Boats - New Boats - Search New & Used Boats For Sale - BoatPoint Australia

Both of them cover Australia and New Zealand.

I prefer YachtHub but some like the other.

My guess is that trying to sell in New Caledonia will be a bad move financially. For a cat, Brisbane is probably a better marketplace than Sydney I'd think.

Hi

I would definitely say Queensland is best for selling a cruising cat. As Wombat suggested Yachthub is the better site to list your boat on IMHO. Also there is a sailing newspaper popular amongst cruising yachts in Queensland, The Coastal Passage, it might be worth an ad in there.
