I have a very fine ocean cruising vessel by the name of Teacher''s Pet III she has done a circumnavigation and a round trip through the Pacific. I have owned her for a number of years and have out fitted her with the best of everything anyone could want in a liveaboard cruising boat. She is beautiful, sails well, powers well, has a pilot house navigation station which is the envy of all who see it.
I will listen to offers above $35,500.
Gene

Doesn''t that guarantee the highest offer you are going to get is $35,500. One shouldn''t start negotiations with the lowest amount they are willing to sell for.
