CaboRico Northeast 400

Help! I am very intereted in the Cabo/Bruckmann Northeast 400. DSoes anyone out there have any experience with these boats? They are supposed to motor AND sail well and are first rate quality boats..or so the story goes. We need a high quality liveaboard 2 stateroom boat with a shallow draft that can get out of its way when needed! Thanks

We bought a Northeast 400 last year and this is the best boat we have ever owned. Really does sail well in a decent wind and motors at 8.5 knots!
