Need to rent a trailer for Catalina 27

I''m buying a Cat 27 with fin keel from a broker in Berkeley, CA and I need to rent a trailer to bring the boat home to Puget Sound. Does anybody know of a trailer sitting idle in a backyard?

Ottville,

Here is a trailer that has hauled a Capri 30 and is located in Salt Lake City, I think. Pretty sure you could make a few dollars on it when you are through with it.

Mine is currently occuppied.

The website for the Catalina 27 forum is at http: trailersailor.com

Log on and see if there is someone in your area who is willing to rent you a trailer.

Ottville:

By the time you figure out how to rent a trailer and put the miles on whatever tow vehicle you are using, you may be better off having a boat hauler transport the boat for you. I would check into it. My guess is you can have the boat hauled for under $2,000.
