jbarros is on a distinguished road
sails well in light air AND heavy weather?

Can it be done? What criteria are necessary?

Low Disp to LWL ratio I presume is one factor.

I guess a spinaker is like Nitrous. If you have enough, anything will go faster, but it''s not always an elegent solution, and sometimes it just doesnt work (light winds and going to windward?)

Thoughts?

Thanks
