Cross 46 stretched to 50 cold mold

I am looking at purchasing a Cross 50 Trimaran. She is 24 wide and 50 long With 4 cabins. I would be purchasing the boat and a small chartering company. They do around 45K year grose for 3 months sailing. Any thought son the Cross 46 design this one has been stretched a little. Also I have sworn I would not own another wood boat. This is a cold mold construction. Done with Epoxy.
