Rodgers 33 ? Phrf ? Good boat?

Hi
a friend of mine is looking at a Rodgers 33. Does anybody know the phrf for this boat.

And please tell me the skinny, is it fast ? does it have standing headroom ? what is the skinny about it.

Just trying to help a buddy
