Listing my C&C 25' for sale improvements

I'm listing my 1976 C&C 25' on Craigslist. Can someone take a look at let me know if there are any improvements I can do for this boat to make it more desirable. I found some others with similiar equipment and listed the price at $11000, is this to much?
