Interior Table help

I have a 1977 C&C 29. A previous owner removed the interior table before I purchased. I would like to build a new one and was wondering if anyone here could provide dimensions and/or pictures I could use in recreating one. I would like to keep the look the same as original which is why I havenít simply created a table to stick in it. Any help would be appreciated.

If you haven't done so already, visit
http://www.cncphotoalbum.com/
It's a bottomless wealth of info about C&C designs, including scans of original brochures, do-it-yourself projects, as well as a forum for owners.
Good luck

It is better to be vaguely correct than specifically wrong.

Thanks for the pointer Doug, I have been there. It is a good site and they have some pictures that I am referencing. I was hoping for dimensions from someone, never hurts to ask

C&C 29 table

Hi,

DId you ever remake a cabin table for your C&C? I just purchased a 1979 C&C 29 of which the previous owner removed the cabin table from. I too would like to find a replacement. And sugestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

Hmmm....Two tables removed...maybe you wont like them either?...Just a thought..

Always nice to be able to customize things to your liking and usefulness...nothing valuable with having a stock 29 CC per say.

Just thinking out loud is all..

Carry on!

The purchase price of a boat is just the admittance fee to the dance...you still have to spend money on the girl...so court one with something going for her with pleasing and desirable character traits others desire as well... or you could find yourself in a disillusioned relationship contemplating an expensive divorce.

I found this site which has tables reasonably priced:

Furniture, Table tops, Folding table top, Table brackets, Hilo table bases

UPDATE
I found a local manufacture for teak tables. Prices are reasonable.

Home Page - Custom Teak Marine Woodwork

C&C 29 Tables

Well if anyone is interested I could measure and photograph mine for reference. They are useful for lunch/dinner in the rain. I suspect they are missing because they take up a ton of room in the original configuration but we modified ours shortly after purchase in 1986 and it has been a joy. We cut it so both sides fold down and you can squeeze thru on the port side which wasn't possible in the original. We did take it off when racing as the chute packers tend to sit on it while folding and stuffing the whomper in the bag. Its not that sturdy that it can take a lot of that. Give a holler and when I go to the yard in the next couple of weeks to launch I can take the camera.....
