Installing an A/C unit on a C&C 29

Has anyone had an air conditioner installed on a 1983 C & C 29 Mk II? If so how big of a unit did you put in, where did you put it and what was the cost?

I sail the same boat without air. I am going to sail down to Newfoundland and am woundering where you sail and what you think of your cc

I sail on Lake Lanier north of Atlanta. Even though I am a novice I'm able to walk away from every other boat on the lake. I love this boat. I never did get an A/C installed. the cost and loss of storage was too much to bear so I bought a small window unit and I stick it in the companionway on those warm Georgia afternoons at the dock. So far so good, but it isn't August yet!
