C&C 34+ (or 34/36 or 34 Plus) wing keel question

I am looking at a 1990 C&C 34+ with a wing keel... draft around 5' Is there any experience out there with how this boat sails? Is it as fast as the phrf shows? windward pointing? Any comment will be of great help.

C&C34 plus

sailed on one for a couple of years and so know it fairly well. the boat sails well to its PHRF but of course lots of variables, conditions, crew, skipper etc. it is a fast boat. nice boat.

All I can say is that mine, with the deep keel and bulb, is the fastest racer/cruiser in the up to 36' range I've ever been on. Hit 7.7 knots last weekend in a strong breeze, loaded, pulling dinghy. I think the dinghy was planing out!
