Damn we will be headed back to the Chesapake with our 35 MKII on September 6 . Does this happen every year?

Re: C&C Rendezvous in Mystic CT

Rob,
I saw a boat for sale in Noank, it's a 72' C&C MK1 (Antares is the name). Shot in the dark but are you familiar with the boat since it's in your back yard? I've been researching this site and the internet to get as much info on these as I can. Looking to get into sailing with my family, don't want to make any costly mistakes out of the gate. Thanks. George

Re: C&C Rendezvous in Mystic CT

The 2012 C&C Gathering at the Mystic Seaport was a smashing success. I can't wait for next year.

Rob Ball gave a fascinating talk, the weather was wonderful and most of all the people who attended where a great bunch to hang around with.

Here are some pictures if anyone is interested. More to come as I get them sorted so keep checking.

Way cool Rob,

Let me know when the date gets fixed for it. We may try and coordinate with our trip up to the LI Sound

I will update this thread and the Google+ link with information as it unfolds.

There was a classic car (pre WWII) show that weekend at the Seaport and I will be posting those photos also as I get them sorted.
