typical problems?

I'm looking into purchasing a catalina 22 around 70-80's vintage. Is there a list of most likely problems i should look out for specific to catalina's?

i've read numerous things about what to generally watch out for when buying a sailboat, but i'm curious if there is a list somewhere of catalina 22 specific issues that have crept up over the years

thanks

Re: typical problems?

You'll probably get some responses here, but try asking over at: catalina22.org

In fact, if they are anything like their C25 brethren, they probably have a document that walks you through a self-inspection including the usual trouble spots.
