Tracking Small Leak in New Boat

We have a small but infuriating leak - a gallon or two a week - in a 320, since new. The leak is saltwater and we have had the boat out of the water and have checked the keel to hull joint and keelbolts, and the through hull fittings. Anyone got any ideas or similar experiences? We're suspecting something going on in the engine's cooling system.

Are you finding water in the compartment immediately aft of the box where the bilge pump is located? (under the aftmost floorboard?)

We had a similar problem on our club boat, a '94 model. FINALLY figured out that the packing gland needed to be tightened down. This winter we're going to replace it w/ a dripless seal. Drove us nuts b/c it didn't APPEAR to be the problem.
