Westerbeke 42B Four failure

I have C380 hull # 1 and recently went to Georgetown Exuma for a couple of months. On the return to North Florida via the ICW I had a problem starting the engine. After getting it going I had no problems all day. The next morning I tried to start it with no luck. After having it towed to a marina, I have a Westerbeke Diesel guy look at it. It has only 150 lbs of comprseeion on 3 of the 4 cylinders. I have found thru the C400 group at Sailnet that others have had the same problem with that engine on boats about the same age as mine.
Has anyone with a 380 had the same problem.
By the way, all the mods from Catalina were installed when they were released.
