Quarter berth storage solutions

Like many people I use the QB as a "garage". There is usually some dive gear, cruising spinnaker, milk crates with food and/or drink, etc. I'm wondering if there are any real spiffy mods that folks have made to make more efficient use of the space. Right now its a case of putting on a head lamp and burrowing like a mole to find what is usually all the way aft under a pile of other stuff.

That sounds like my quarter berth! My wife has come up with the clever solution of storing all the things that used to be in the quarter berth in the shower now. Of course there are obvious implications.
