Cal 35 MkII Prop Size?

Anyone know what the original prop size should be for a 1983 Cal 35MkII with Universal 5432 and Hurth trans? I purchased a Campbell Sailor that is a 16/8 and it looks like it is to much prop. With the new CS the Universal can not rev past 2000rpm and the stern seems to be squating pretty bad putting the exhaust exit under water. The previous prop was 2-balde 17/10. Thanks for any help
