Adding A Second Fuel Tank, Cal 30: Ideas

In preparation for next year's Great Loop trip, I'm looking at adding a second permanent tank to my Cal 30 for more range when motoring.

Anyone added on on their C29, C30 C34 or other? Any suggestions on locations you used (or wish you hadn't)?

I'm considering a wedge shape - probably for the starboard side 1/4 berth area, but wonder about weight distibution with about 130# in that location.

It isn't an ideal location, but it isn't the end of the world either. Go have a 130# kid sit where you are thinking of installing the tank and see if it makes any difference.
