Unhappy jib rigging on a Cal 20

Hello ,
We just purchased a Cal 20 that is equiped with all the fancy hardware. I believe it is equipped with inhaulers??. The problem is that no one at the marina can help me route the jib sheets from their origin through the tackle to the sail and back. Especially of concern is the path around the shrouds. The boat has had the fore shroud removed, the middle and aft are present.

Scott
