Cal 29 Seafevers really wet forward deck
Well what ever they say about plywood core deck its WORSE 
While some other places are damp and can be well enough left alone the forward deck just has to be fixed
Thank god for vacuum sanders 
The worst part is the core comes right off BUT there is a layer of resin they used to bond the core that has to be peeled with a 1-1/2" wood chisel and then sanded to get a good surface to bond in new core
