Cal 2-29: Diameter of Running Rigging??

3/8" is of course fine but I find I like the feel of 7/16" much better.
It is only a little thicker but feels a lot better in my hand especially without gloves.

If your shives will work try the hand feel and per foot check before making up your mind.
