Cal 20 - unknown winch

I have a small unknown bronze winch that was included in my boxes o' parts. All the winch parts are there except for the top bolt that holds the thing together. Does anyone recognize this winch or know what this missing part looks like? The only marking on the winch is an anchor with R and C.

What an antique, do you also have the flat handle that operates the grind?

No handle but the previous owner is sending me another winch he found, so perhaps I can give more info.

I venture that's an older LVJ Winch, about 7:1 power ratio. You can contact LVJ at LVJ Winches USA .

FWIW...
