The new instrument panel
It it lasted 40 years but it was kind of tired and only had a buzzer for temperature
I took a gamble and bought a surplus Catalina engine pod and dammed if it did not fit in the old hole 
Now if i don't blow up anything tomorrow i should be able to crank over the motor in a few more hours 
Gotta make a few custom plugs to fill the few extra holes
