Cal 21

I'm looking at buying a Cal 21, but I found a crack on deck around the chainplate between the chain plate and rub rail. I was wondering if this would be a deal breaker or not.

The boat has a few other minor blemishes, but nothing too major I don't think. I have some fiberglass experience, and can do some repairs. However I don't want to buy a boat with major structural damage.

I will try to post a picture later if it helps, but would appreciate any advice. Thanks for any help.

Edit: Here are some pictures of the boat. One is of the boat in the water a couple of years ago, and one is of the crack on the deck.
