New to site, anyone rent a day sailer in the BVIS?

I have a family surf trip booked to Tortola this winter. I was hoping to rent a day sailer for some sailing with the family. The popular charter companies don't do this, but I was wondering if anyone knew someone who did. We have a cat day trip for snorkeling one day, but I have a feeling it's more of a booze cruise than some real sailing.

Any input appreciated. I been a lurker here for a while, I don't know why I didn't join sooner.

There are daily motorboat/motor dinghy rentals, but the only place I can think of that does sailboat rentals are the small ones out at the BEYC (Bitter End Yacht Club)on Virgin Gorda. Where on Tortola are you located (probably the north/west side for surfing - but there are no boat companies on that side of the island)

Zanshin gave a good suggestion. You might also try Swain in Nanny Cay Marina, they might rent you a IC24 (J24) for the day depending on your skill level. Still a small boat but I can't think of anybody else
