Raymarine ST2000 Tiller Pilot

I ordered a new Raymarine ST2000 Tiller Pilot for my C27. Has anyone
out there mounted one and in what way did you mount it. There are
many options available and I am looking for some comments on how you
did yours and how you solved the problem of the cushions in the
cockpit.

The ST2000 works great. On my Islander 28 I mounted the bronze bushing which holds the pin on the Stbd. cockpit seat. This required doubling over the cockpit cushion.
