Catalina 400 Technical Editor

I will be taking over the C400 Technical Editor role for Mainsheet if anyone needs any help there or here, just let me know.

I am repowering my Catalina 400 Mark I (42 hp Westerbeke) with a Yanmar 4JH4A (the engine Catalina is installing in the 400 Mark II). My present Autoprop will need new blades appropriate to the higher hp and torque of the Yanmar. Any experince/opinions on which blades work best with this engine? 470L seems to be the preference, according to Autoprop. Thank you!

Ditto that but he has personal stuff he needs to take care of for a bit. He said he will drop back from time to time... probably during bar-b-que season!

I remember his post, that's a tough one. He sounds like he has a good head on his shoulders and will get through it in fine shape. I'm sure you can use the help when he gats back.
