c-30 rudder

I have to change my rudder berings on my 76 30'c-30 does anyone have info on who to order parts frum or what is needed?

There are no bearings to be replaced!
What seems to be your problem?
The rudder stock simply goes thru a fiberglass tube.
if it is wobbling, most owners just shim the tube with mylar sheets until it is snug again.
Also check the IC30A site at International Catalina 30 Association and the yahoo elist for catalina30

I have a Catalina 30 (1976) and I have come across several articles that claim there is a better rudder that was made after 1978 and I have been trying to find out how to get one (what is the cost?) Catalina claims to still make every part for all their boats. You might try to get hold of some one at Catalina for some help.. -Rob

The new rudder is a spade, balanced design (has surface area in front of the shaft) and is available from Catalina Yachts or FOSS FOAM. I doubt they would use your old shaft to reform so the new unit is advised.
