Paul,

I can't help with tuning specs for your standard rig, but I would like to put in a plea for the same specs for a tall rig. Just a link would do nicely, if available.

Most folks tune most rigs by eye, you can do the same.

For some value of "tune"

PaulRJordan, PRchrdsn,

Unless there's something special or unusual about your rigs, and that seems to me unlikely, given that, like our Pearson, Catalina's are, well, pretty much common as dirt , you should do fine just going by Giulietta's Adjusting Your Rig guide, I would think.

Also, I like Ivar Dedekam's Sail and Rig Tuning book.

Jim

Thanks for the link!

Jim,

Thanks for the link! I think that will do quite nicely. I also have the book, but have not gotten very far into it as yet. Will pursue it more vigorously. I appreciate the information.

Paul
