For what it's worth, a friend used UShip.com a while back to move a 32' boat from texas to california (shortest route that doesn't leave the USA). Cost about $3700, which included yard fees to step/unstep the mast. The shipper did a great job. There was another bid that was less expensive, but that shipper had never moved a boat before.

... or I'm wrong.

Back home on Lake Ontario after something over 36,000 nm circumnavigator. Not surprisingly there is a lot of stuff I want to get done on Ainia both cosmetically and functionally. Getting an early start so it will be ready to go for next summer (Lake Superior?).

ffiill, I have been visited your shared link and get a lot of things and ideas about Panama Canal. Actually I have plan to visit this destination in coming vacations with my family, I found your source really helpful and informative for me as well as for all those people who want to go there in coming days.
