Luder's 36 Prop sizing
 

Hey everybody... we're trying to figure out the right prop sizing and pitch for my Cheoy Lee Luder's 36. I'm taking a little survey of other Offshore 36 owners to see what engine/prop configuration you have going. I have a new 40hp Yanmer 3GM installed but the math on that engine comes up just silly. Also looking for a replacement prop ( 3 blade) .

The prop "aperture" is just about 18'

Hi, Just saw this post as I am searching for a similar solution.
We have to replace our propeller and can find no information on it other than it is a 2 blade LH ~14" dia. and unknown pitch. We had a spare onboard from when we bought the boat which is a 14x8LH but we have no way to tell if it was a properly spec'd replacement. What propeller did you end up going with? We are not really sure how to determine an appropriate replacement propeller.
