what is best place to watch sunset around Annapolis?

I have a slip next to Severn River (Whitehall Creek bay). What is the closest place to enjoy sunset? Preferably into the water. Unfortunately the Bay is narrowest near Annapolis...

Twenty miles out in the Atlantic.

West coast. The good news is you are in a good spot for some great sunrises.

In that area? From Cantler's. A bushel of hard shells steaming and loaded with spice. A few pitchers of brew and some good friends.

navigation to Cantler's

I read somewhere that's pretty tricky to get to Cantler's. I have 4'4" draft.

Its a narrow channel and you really have to respect the Channel Marks when you enter but you can easily get in there with your draft. If you look at the Chart you will see that you enter the Channel from the South as opposed to sailing straight West from the Bay. There is a nice deep anchorage in the Cove or you can tie up at the dock. Well worth the trip and definitely one of the more memorable destinations on the Bay in my opinion.
