Areas to live in Annapolis?

I am looking for advice on this from people who are more familiar with Annapolis then I am.
We`re looking for a second home, preferably a condo, for spending several weeks a year in the Annapolis area. Which neighbourhoods / area`s are nice and which ones are best avoided?
Thanks a lot for your help.

If you would like the name and address of a real estate broker I can PM you one, she is a personal friend and very good in this area. I live in Annapolis.

You will not be able to respond to Private messages until you have 10 posts, but I can send them to you with no problem.

Condominiums

The Eastport side of Spa Creek is still in Annapolis, but has a flavor all its own. There are some nice condos in Shearwater and President's Point. Both have pools, docks and convenient locations. I know several good real estate agents if you need one.

Good luck!
