Shaffers?

I know the C&D is not the Chesey but to me it's the grand entrance

Does anyone have any info or recent news about the former Shaffer's Marina on the C&D? I heard that a investment group bought it a while back. The bank owned it and something about 3.5 mil was the bail out needed.

We take a look every time we cross the Rt 213 bridge..appears all construction is at a stand still..been like that for the past couple of years. Last we heard it was to be turned into a Hooters and the locals put a stop to that... However the gas docks are open..
